Toimitusmaksut
Toimitusmaksu Suomessa on postitoimipaikkaan tilattaessa 1,50€ – 8,90 €/tilaus ja kotiinkuljetus 3€ – 12€ €/tilaus tuotteen koosta riippuen. Rahtikuljetuksista perimme 30 € korvauksen.

Yleistä verkkokaupasta
Verkkokaupan tuotteita myy Sisustusgalleria Paloranta Oy, y-tunnus 2181183-0. Myymme tuotteita täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille Suomeen ja EU-alueelle. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja postikulujen muutoksiin.

Tilaaminen
Tuotteet tilataan pääsääntöisesti internetin välityksellä osoitteesta www.paloranta.org ostoskorin kautta.
Kaikki tilaukset vahvistetaan sähköpostilla, jossa ilmoitetaan tilauksen hinta, toimituskulut sekä tilatut tuotteet. Tilausvahvistuksen saaminen edellyttää sähköpostiosoitteen ilmoittamista tilauksen yhteydessä.
Asiakas sitoutuu jokaisen tilauksen yhteydessä voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

Maksutavat
Tuotteet ja niiden postikulut maksetaan tilauksen yhteydessä. Verkkokaupassa voidaan maksaa seuraavilla maksutavoilla: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken sekä luottokortit. Maksaminen tapahtuu Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy:n sivuston kautta.

Mikäli haluat maksaa Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla, Sisustusgalleria Paloranta Oy toimii ainoastaan tuotteiden ja palveluiden markkinoijana ja
lisäksi toimittaa tuotteet ostajalle. Reklamaatioista vastaa Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy toimii Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla tehtävissä maksuissa tuotteen myyjänä ja kauppa
syntyy asiakkaan ja Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy:n välille. Myyjän vastuulla ovat kaikki kauppaan liittyvät velvoitteet.

Osamaksu sekä useiden ostosten tai eri verkkokaupoista tehtyjen ostosten yhdistäminen yhdelle tilille – Klarna Tili

Voit maksaa tilauksesi osissa Klarna tilin avulla. Klarnan Tilillä maksaessasi Klarna avaa sinulle ensimmäisen tilauksen yhteydessä tilin automaattisesti. Voit lyhentää tiliä joko itse valitsemissasi kuukausierissä (kuitenkin vähintään joko 8,95€ tai 1/24 laskun loppusummasta riippuen siitä, kumpi on suurempi) tai kaupan kassalla tarjotuissa kiinteämmissä maksuaikatauluissa (3-36 kk), kun ostoksesi ylittää 100 €.

Kaikki Klarna Tilillä maksamasi ostokset yhdistyvät automaattisesti samalle tilille ja samalle kuukausilaskulle myös silloin, kun maksat Klarnan Tilillä muissa verkkokaupoissa asioidessasi. Saat kuukausittain siis vain yhden laskun, jossa on tilausmäärästä huolimatta vain yksi laskutuslisä. Kun olet maksanut laskun loppusumman, tili sulkeutuu automaattisesti.

Ostoksesi hyväksymiseksi sinulta kysytään ostoskorissa henkilötunnuksesi ja väestörekisteriin ilmoittamasi osoite. Saat päätöksen tilauksesi hyväksymisestä välittömästi tilauksen vahvistettuasi. Ensimmäisen kerran Klarnan osamaksulla maksaessasi sinulle lähetetään postitse tilisopimus, joka sinun tulee allekirjoittaa ja lähettää Klarna Oy:lle.

Verkkopankkimaksamiseen liittyvän maksu- ja rahoituspalvelun toteuttaa Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (2122839-7 ) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy ostaa maksusuorituksen ja tilittää sen kauppiaalle. Käyttäjän kannalta palvelu toimii aivan kuten perinteinen verkkomaksaminenkin.

Käsittelemme tilauksen kaupan aukioloaikaan kun maksu on suoritettu. Jos maksuna on tilisiirto ennakkomaksuna, pidämme varausta 5 arkipäivää jonka jälkeen tilaus raukeaa jos maksu on suorittamatta.

Toimitusaika
Postitamme tuotteita jokaisena arkipäivänä. Pankkiyhteyksistä riippuen siihen kuluu 1-3 arkipäivää laskun maksamisesta. Varastosta loppuneiden tuotteiden toimitusaika on 2-4 vk.
EU-alueelle toimitamme tilauksen lentorahtina.

All orders are shipped by Itella Corporation. Normal delivery is 1st class delivery and normally takes 1-2 working days but can take up to 4.International Signed for normally takes up to 3-5 working days but can take up to 8. If you do not receive your packet by the longest possible timescale for your delivery choice then please contact us. You must contact us within 2 months of purchase if you have not received your order as this is the length of time we keep all tracking slips. If you contact us after 2 months we are unable to verify the non delivery of your order and are therefore unable to send out a replacement or issue a refund.
